1 packet of chicken nuggets
green salad for garnish optional
2 pcs. Yolks
20 g flour
200 ml Cucina D’oro Cooking Crème
40 g butter
30 ml white wine
250 ml cold water
1 vegetable broth
salt and pepper
Preparation of the sauce:
Separate the yolks of 2 eggs. In a hot frying pan with butter, fry the flour until caramel color. Remove from heat, pour cold water and stir constantly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then return to the stove and add Cucina D’oro Cooking Crème. Stir over low heat and add the wine. Sprinkle with crushed vegetable broth and stir until the broth dissolves. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the yolks to the off heat, stirring constantly.
Preparation of the chicken nuggets:
For better baking, chicken nuggets are divided into 2 or 3 parts. Bake each part for 10 minutes at 210°C.
They are served warm with green salad and German sauce.
