Season the turkey meat with salt and pepper 15–20 minutes before cooking. Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the onion. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
In a heated pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, cook the turkey steaks for 5–6 minutes on each side. Cover the pan with a lid to let the meat steam. Remove the meat and, in the same pan, add the onion and cook for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper, then add the wine and lemon juice.
Finally, add the Cucina D’oro cooking crémе, stir for 1 minute, and remove from heat. Serve the turkey steaks over a bed of mushroom sauce.
