350 g pasta
200 g ham
250 g canned peas
1/2 onion
400 ml Cucina D’oro cooking crème
80 g Parmesan cheese
30 ml olive oil
30 ml sunflower oil
salt and pepper
Boil the pasta in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Finely chop the onion and the ham into
cubes. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Drain the paste and leave to cool, stirring it with a littleoil so that it does not stick together.
Sauté the onions until golden in a hot pan with olive oiland sunflower oil. Add ham and peas, stir for 1 min. and topped with Cucina D’oro
cooking crème.Season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir for 2 min
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
*For ease of preparation, divide the products in two and cook 2 times in the pan.
